Our Firm is purposely designed and built to develop local talent pool and promote internal leadership through our signature Early Partner Track (EPT) & Early Head Start (EHS) programs transferring knowledge to our client’s staff through deep collaboration. ARAM ADVISORS is the first and only professional firm in Libya to publicly declare an ethical code of conduct for its partners, principals, and staff members to abide by, as condition for employment.   We have an urgent sense of social responsibility for Libya and its Talent Pool. At the Incorporation, Our Founders have decided to allocate 3% of the Firm Fee revenue for charitable activities focusing on educational and youth leadership development purposes.
